We have 2 weeks to sell this place until the sharks of realestate agents get their grimy hands on it (that and $12,000 of our hard earned cash). So today was a madhouse of slashing and tidying up the yard. We are trying to make the house appear to have some semblance of order.

An historic day.
We put an offer on a house, a nice place with lots of sun and space for the wee man and the mountain park less than a mile away. A bit expensive but we will manage some how (assuming the PhD ever gets finished).

A quick trip up to an Eco resort on Tassy’s East Coast to see 2 friends wed on the sand with waves crashing and kids building sand castles at the brides feet. Then champagne and dinner under the stars. Wonderful way to start married life together.
