We want to buy a house, therefore we need to sell our house.
An nice couple want to buy our house.
SO why does it take so long to get it all down on paper?

¶ Fingers crossed

Our house went on sale on saturday.
A small ad in the Mercury rather than the $12,000 the realestate agents wanted.
A couple from Yorkshire of all places have made an offer,
so fingers crossed we can get a contract signed and a deposit.
Interesting Times!
